Caring for your self can help reduce stress and improve you're well being. Practicing self-care is vital especially when you have a lot on your plate. As a job, going to school, taking care of children, etc. a good reason to
practice self-care is understanding your self, professionally and on a personal level. Things will become easy you will be able to take better care of your self when you understand your self.  So I have listed several activities that will help with this.

Self Care During Quarantine Or A Bad Day


Call a friend you have not spoken to in a while

Visit a coffee shop and have some tea

Go on an adventure with someone

Organize a party

Go to a meet and greet

Take your co-workers for lunch

Write a story or play

Sing at the top of your voice

Try painting something

Take a hike

Lie down in the fields and watch the clouds

Safely climb a tree

Walk a dog

Go out and take pictures of nature

Make a new healthy recipe

Sit outside and take a breath of fresh air

Drive a to a nice location

Drink water regularly

Walkthrough the grass barefooted

Do home exercises

Do some stretches

Take a bubble bath

Give your self a good treat

Take yourself out for dinner

Watch something inspirational

Make your room cozy

Plan  your meals for the week

Do something new

Read a book

Create a vision board

Go to the spa

Remove unimportant things from your to-do list

Take a nap

Start a project you have been procrastinating

Write down things you're grateful for

Write down things you like about yourself

Watch a funny show

Watch a dance movie

Get off social media

Do a fashion show for yourself

Do a social media dump, get rid of people and posts that are toxic

Do some charity work or just donate

Watch Netflix and chill

Cover your face with a pillow and do some screaming

Punch or pillow or go to the gym and punch a punching bag

Tell your love ones what you appreciate about them

Get a good neck and body massage

Go for a drive and blast some music

Write something positive on someone's Instagram or Facebook page

Bake cookies for friends or colleagues

Make your hair and do your make up
