How To Make Beef & Broccoli Fried Rice 

This is a twenty minutes dinner that you will love; It is delicious and healthy at the same time. Paring beef, broccoli, and fried rice at the same time is a recipe everyone needs. This recipe is way better than restaurants and take-outs.





INGREDIENTS

One pound flank steak, sliced into strips
One-quarter cup of soy sauce
Three teaspoons of sesame oil
One tablespoon of minced garlic
One tablespoon of brown sugar
Half cup of water
One tablespoon of cornstarch
One tablespoon of oil
Half cup of diced onion
One tablespoon of minced garlic
Half cup of broccoli florets
Three beaten eggs
Three cups of cooked white rice
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

1. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch on top of the strips of beef. Mix together, and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour.
2. In your deep pan or wok, cook your beef in the marinade thoroughly then set aside.
3. In that same wok, heat up your oil and cook onions, garlic, and broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Push all of your cooked vegetables to the side of your wok.
4. Pour your beaten eggs into the cleared half of the wok. Scramble the eggs and stir together with the rest of the vegetables.
5. Add your cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and cooked beef. Stir well and let your rice cook until its slightly crispy.
6. Serve
