for myself during an average week? Most people in answering the above questions will realize that
there's not as much variety to their diet as they may have imagined.
When working towards losing weight, you also have to make an effort to be in tune with your body as much as possible. You probably don't understand, unless you give it a thought, how little you comply with your body's needs. The majority will eat roughly the same amount at the same time every day.
Although this is convenient, it doesn't necessarily match up with what you need. Ask yourself: are you always hungry at the time you eat? Do you stop eating when you're satisfied, or do you eat everything of whatever you're in the pot?
