It's annoying when pimples show up in places like your butt. But before we start let me say this first pimples can pop up in any part of your skin. Your back, chest, or butt it happens.  Trust is very uncomfortable to talk about but this is a popular issue because it happens to a lot of people. So rather than covering it and worrying about it in silence, here are some ways to get rid of it fast.

Butt ache is also known as buttne; most times it's not actually acne. When acne appears around that area it is usually an infection known as folliculitis which is not acne. Those annoying whiteheads and red bumps may look like acne but are actually just inflamed hair follicles.

What Are It Causes

Acnes and bumps that appear on the but are usually caused by tight fitted clothes, sweating in the bump area, or shaving and waxing. These bumps cause a lot of discomfort due to their itchiness and soring.

Getting Rid Of Acne That Appear On The Butt.

Since acne happens naturally it is not typically a skin problem but you can still get rid of it. Buy products made with Salicylic acid and Benzoyl Peroxide.  Also, consider using tropical products that have Benzoyl Peroxide this will lower flare-ups. If the problem continues like you always read, see a doctor.

 Preventing Butt Acne

Wear clothes that ain't tight.  tight clothes cause fiction and that is not good for your skin. A good example of a  tight cloth is,  what I call tights; the picture below, they are underwear-like shorts but some can be very tight for the skin.  So Don't go for the tight ones.

Make Sure you Clean Your body anytime You Sweat.

When sweat stays on your body for a long time it can mix with other things and then clog your pores. you don't want bacteria so go get a shower after every sweat session.

Don't Pick Your Acne:

This is very tempting but avoids the temptation because it can lead to a bigger issue like marks, scars, and injury, You don't want that. And constant rubbing of the infected area can lead to an increase in acne.
