This 30-day mental health challenge is for everybody, not just for people suffering from mental challenges. These will help lower anxiety.

Habits And Activities To Improve Your Mental Health


Day one- Do a deep breathing exercise

Day two-  Catch up with your friends

Day three- Plan and do something fun

Day four- Make a donation of something you have never used

Day five- Do 30 minutes stretching

Day Six-  Make a healthy meal

Day seven- Ask for help

Day eight- Listen to a good song

Day nine- Take time to read

Day ten- Take 20 minutes to walk

Day eleven- Go to the spa

Day twelve- Do what you love i.e. a hobby

Day thirteen- Watch a movie, to get your mind off of things

Day fourteen- Go To bed an hour earlier than usual

Day fifteen- Drink only water ( avoid drinks)

Day eighteen- Cross something off your to-do list

Day nineteen- Give a compliment to someone

Day twenty- Plan a night with friends

Day twentyone - Meditate on a passage in the bible

Day twenty-two- Skype with family

Day twenty-five- unfollow negatives on social media

Day twenty-six- Say no to something
