As the name suggests this is a Turkish dish, It is fresh, yummy and satisfying. This bread is easy and delicious at the same time, the only ingredients you are going to be using are; 500 g of flour ( 1 pound flour), 150 ml of warm milk
or 5 fl, oz, another 150 ml of warm water, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of dry yeast, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, chili powder, and chopped parsley.

The Method

Whisk flour with salt and yeast

Add in warm water, then milk

knead until all liquid absorbs to the dough

Add olive oil

Continue to knead till you have a smooth dough

Form it to a ball

Pour a little vegetable oil over it

Cover with a cling wrap

And leave in a warm place for 1 hour to rise
Roll out each flatbread

place in a preheated pan on medium heat

Cook for 3 minutes on each side

When you flip each flatbread it will rise

Brush each bread with olive oil

Garnish with Pasley, chili Powder or both
