It melts in your mouth, you will be amazed by how good of a result you will get by making this cake. I know many of you don't have an oven, that's why this recipe requires no oven. So this is the perfect cake for you. It's one whole recipe and this delicious chocolate cake is made in just 7 minutes.
220grams of all-purpose flour about 11/2 cups
85 grams of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder about 2/3 cups
150 grams of sugar about 3/4 cups
3 tablespoons of baking powder
130 grams of oil half a cup plus 1 tablespoon. Make sure you use oil for it or melted butter. Preferable oil.
550 grams of hot water 1 3/4 + 2 tablespoons
Procedure
Sieve together your flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a bowl
Add your sugar and mix well
Add your oil and the hot water (the hot water will bloom the cocoa powder)
Whisk it well
The batter should be running and loose (watery)
Anything bowl microwavable will work.
For this, we used a 10-inch container
Line the bottom of your container with parchment paper
And grease the sides of your container
Pour your batter into it the container
Place in the Microwave
Cook for 5 minutes
Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake to check if it's done
Cool for 5 minutes in the container
Release the sides with a bachelor
Turn over to a rack and leave to cool
Flip it over again to the flat surface and remove the parchment paper
Frost with any frosting you prefer, For the above Nutella was used.
Take Note
The cooking time varies depending on the type of microwave, material, and size of your bowl or container you use. For an eight to ten inch container Check your cake after 5 minutes. If your cake is not ready leave it in a bit. Checking the cake does not affect it at all. Make sure you keep an eye on your cake. If using a smaller container like 7 inches or about, Cut the batter in half and check after 3 minutes. Make sure you use microwavable containers and don't refrigerate the cake.
