Glossy nails designed in stylish patterns are just the cutest.  There is so much fun that comes from having stylish and trendy nails. I always see women smiling, when coming out of a beauty salon. You have to agree with me, beauty is neither cheap or easy.


Everyone is happy to go for a pedicure or manicure treatment but not everyone is ready to take care of there nails to give it a healthy look even without does beautiful colors that you like.  Just giving it a healthy trim can feel like a nail done by a professional. Despite this inner desire women feel to have strong, clean, and beautiful nails; some woman still finds this task daunting. And Yes, I am not contracting myself.

Having your nails always looking clean, healthy and glossed, is not as daunting as you think, you can have fun doing it and it also gives you an irresistible glow. You need to keep your nails in prim condition, in general, the color of your nails indicates the state of your health.

Simple and short, we pay more attention to beautifying our nails than the condition of our nails. Both are important, but the health of our nails matter more. Remember, your nails are part of your body so make sure you take good care of them. Here are a few ways to take care of your nails.

Healthy nails look pink and transparent in color because of the blood beneath it. Allow your nails to breathe a bit, at least twice a week without nail polish or artificial nails. It's funny because I know this tip will pass over some people's head, a lot of women have the habit of leaving their nail polish for so long.

Add moist to your nails by massaging them regularly with warm castor oil or coconut oil. This procedure will give your nails the desired result.

In your mama's voice, Don't bit your nails. Biting your nails is destructive to both your nails and cuticles. It's not attractive, it's not healthy, and it can lead to infections.  Get your nails professionally manicured regularly.

Incorporate protein into your diet. Disclaimer, what you put into your body also reflects on your nails. Eat foods rich in vitamins A, B, and calcium. Celery, Yogurt, spinach, and eggs are good additions. Make sure you follow these tips, remember nothing ventured nothing gained.
